After two years away from the spotlight, Filipino hip-hop giants Ex Battalion are back—and louder than ever. On April 12, 2025, the group surprised fans with the release of seven brand-new music videos, marking their first official releases since 2022.

Unleashing a back-to-back rollout on their official YouTube channel, Ex Battalion dropped each video an hour apart, starting at 1:00 PM and ending with the final video at 7:00 PM. The comeback began with the upbeat track “Fun”, featuring the group’s core five members: Flow G, Brando, Skusta Clee, King Badger, and Emcee Rhenn, and concluded with “Legacy,” which reunited the same powerful lineup.

Among the new songs, “For Me” featured sub-member Yuri Dope, adding variety and depth to the release. The surprise didn’t stop there — fans were also treated to a sneak peek of Ex Battalion’s new album, titled Best Seller, alongside a fresh new logo that debuted at the end of “Fun” and continued through each subsequent video.

This surprise drop is the group’s most significant release since their 2022 singles, including “Idol,” “We The Best,” and “Bullet Sun.” If Best Seller officially launches across digital platforms, it will become the group’s second full album following their 2016 debut, X

For fans old and new, Ex Battalion’s return is a powerful reminder of their influence and consistency in the Philippine music scene.
