Lika O hosted an exclusive private screening of her $1M short film-music video, Shoot First, recently. It was held at the Sunset Screening Rooms, giving industry insiders, cast, and close friends from the entertainment world the very first look at the project that made Resorts World Las Vegas shut down seven prime locations for filming. No artist has pulled that off before.

Their reaction? Immediate and intense. “Impressive work!” “Massive production!” “Unbelievable performance!” were just a few of the things heard echoing around the room. One guest even mentioned, “Resorts World hasn’t done this for artists like Shakira.” It was clear that guests weren’t just impressed, they were floored. In fact, several industry insiders at the premiere suggested that Shoot First had the depth and intrigue to be developed into a full series. Lika O confirmed that the idea is on her mind:

“It’s something I’m definitely thinking about,” she said

Attendees included Shoot First star Eric Roberts, his wife Eliza Roberts, Paris Dylan, David Bianchi, Christine Peters, Evgeny Afineevsky, Wendy Wilkins, Larry Namer, and more. Eric Roberts shared his own thoughts on the experience: “Lika is a triple-threat and this project proves it. It was a blast to film with her and such a skilled crew at Resorts World in Vegas. And it’s always exciting working with my co-star Paris Dylan on set—he’s one talented dude. Looking forward to seeing all the glitz and glamour in this one.”

And following the premiere, there was a Q&A moderated by none other than Landon Johnson, known for his interviews with names like Tom Hiddleston, Kate Winslet, and Mikey Madison. This time, he sat across from Lika O, digging into how this one-of-a-kind production came to life.

    “Honestly, it still feels surreal”

Lika O said when asked how she convinced Resorts World to close off seven locations for the shoot. “But I had this vision, and I knew I had to go all in. The team at Resorts World saw that, and they believed in it. They gave me full support to create something totally unprecedented.”

And she didn’t just star in the film—she co-produced it. Every detail, from location to wardrobe to editing, had her fingerprint. The project was directed by Alexey Figurov (fresh off projects with Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa) and stars Eric Roberts, Benny Cleary, and Paris Dylan. The track was produced by Jean-Carlos Casely and voice-produced by Grammy winner Robert Eibach.

During the Q&A, Lika O explained how Shoot First wasn’t just another video. “The song had such a strong mood—I couldn’t imagine doing a simple performance piece. So I made a film. I wanted people to feel like they were inside a story where the song becomes the heartbeat.”

The result is a cinematic ride through danger, desire, and power, wrapped in sharp visuals, high fashion, and a gripping storyline that pulls you in and doesn’t let go. The reaction in the room said it all: this wasn’t just a successful experiment, it was a standout achievement. The energy was electric. Attendees weren’t just entertained—they were genuinely impressed by the scale, the execution, and the emotional weight behind the story.

“Absolutely, I’ll be doing more of this,” Lika O confirmed. “This is just the beginning”
